The Quantel Stereoscopic 3-D World Tour in Review
For the sixth programme in this series, Colin Birch visits Quantel's headquarters in Newbury to speak to Norman Rouse (pictured, left) and Mark Horton (right), two of the people behind the year-long project to promote stereoscopic 3-D around the world.
It was an eventful year. Norman, Mark and the rest of the team learned a lot, about the entire stereoscopic 3-D business, not just the section of the production chain that particularly interests Quantel. There were some surprises along the way, and the inevitable anecdotes to bring home, some of which they share with us here.
